Made on loom

This collection of textiles was made by the Qomle'ec community in Argentina.

The wool is first dyed using plants, leaves, and seeds gathered from the surrounding landscape, then hand-loomed into patterns drawn from the natural world around them — animals, rivers, and the rhythms of the land that has shaped Qomle'ec life for generations. No two pieces are the same. Each one is a quiet record of a culture expressed through colour and craft.

Our rug textiles are made with 100% natural wool and are naturally hand-dyed. They are timeless and unique, bringing texture and colour to any room or space.

- Lightly vacuum your rug in the direction of the weave when necessary.
- Keep your rug out of prolonged to avoid fading. Rotate and flip your rug every 3-6 months to prevent uneven wear and fading.
- Use an undelay to keep your rug flat, prevent slipping, protect floors, and avoid crushing of wool over time.
- Immediately soak up liquid spills with an absorbent white paper towel.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and household cleaners, opting for professional cleaning when necessary.

Note: Given the delicate composition and handcrafted nature of our garments, irregularities in colours, textures, and finishes are inherent and should be expected.

Every Casapacha purchase supports sustainable design and fair pay for artisans.
